Platform Usage

You must be of legal age to use the platform. The information you share must be real. You cannot have more than one account representing the same person. You must contact users only to make an appointment. No harassment will be tolerated.

Published Photos

The photos you publish must not expose genitalia (vagina, penis, anus). The photos must belong to you and represent your person or the services you offer.

Responsibility

Users are responsible for the content published on the platform. North Babes is not responsible for any damages that may result from the use of the platform.

Although a robust system is in place to block scammers, it is the user's responsibility to take the necessary precautions to avoid situations of theft or fraud.

Non-compliance With the Terms of Service

North Babes reserves the right to ban, with or without notice, any user who does not respect the Terms of Service. Additionally, North Babes reserves the right to ban, at their sole discretion, any user that they suspect of engaging in suspicious activities.

A banned user will not be entitled to a refund of an unused subscription or unused credits.

Credits

Credits are a virtual currency used to access the platform's premium features. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for real money.
